Sagging Breasts

Not every woman is gifted with good sized and shapely breasts. Men have different views about what they consider to be good. Some like big, firm, rounded breasts whereas others prefer smaller, subtle breasts with less tissue. Increasing age, childbirth or other causes may result in sagging of breasts. No man likes sagging breasts, and a woman who unfortunately has this problem may lose self confidence and would be desperate to try any measure for rectifying this problem.

There may be a number of reasons for this problem. Increasing age may cause the breast tissues to lose their strength, and hence breasts tend to appear drooping. Those women who have undergone a pregnancy and childbirth may also suffer from this problem.

During pregnancy, the sizes of the breasts increase. Extra weight of the milk may cause the breasts to sag. Breast feeding also sometimes causes sagging, since the baby tends to pull the breast lower towards him.

Sagging is a common problem with women with large sized breasts. Due to their size and weight, they tend to be pulled downwards and such women develop permanent sag. Women who have increased their breast size by surgery are also victims of this problem, since the increase of size and weight of the breasts may not be balanced by their bodies. Gravity tends to put a permanent droop on their breasts.

But sagging of breasts is not such a major problem nowadays, since it can be rectified by surgery. A lot of women are experimenting with breast uplift surgery. This is a cosmetic enhanced surgery, and which the surgeon would bring the nipple to the center of the breast, and accordingly adjusts other tissues around it. The skin around the breast is tightened in order to give a firmer, uplifted look to the breasts.

But breast uplift does not cause any increase in the size of the breasts, so many women try to combine both breast augmentation and breast uplift surgery to get the look they desire.

In such a surgery, the surgeon will insert an implant inside the breasts to make them appear large, and then perform the breast uplift surgery to remove any sag. Increasing the breast size by an implant and then removing any possible sag will result in breasts that the woman may not have had even during her youth.

There are some problems associated with the breast uplift surgery. For a couple of days following the surgery, the woman goes through an awkward period, since she adjusts to her new breasts. The breasts may sit within a day or two, and may feel unusually heavier. There are also restrictions in her activities which may involve the breasts. Any exertion may cause internal bleeding. But once this difficult period is behind her, the woman will feel sexier and a great deal younger than her years.
